AgiBot and Chimelong deploy 300 robots in Zhuhai theme park

AgiBot and the Chimelong Group have launched a large-scale deployment of ‘Embodied AI’ at the Chimelong Spaceship Park in Zhuhai, China. More than 300 robots are now in regular operation across more than 100 interaction points within the park.

The robotic fleet serves seven distinct application scenarios, including live entertainment, scientific education, guest guidance, retail services, hotel services, and wayfinding. This deployment marks a shift from temporary rentals for single shows to permanent, scheduled roles within the park's infrastructure.

AgiBot recently reached a production milestone, delivering its 20,000th robot, an Expedition A3 Ultra model. The company maintains a production rate of approximately 5,000 robots per quarter. While current operations require one human staff member for every three robots, the companies aim to increase this ratio to 10:1 or 20:1 in the future.
