agilimo and Ollon partner to provide secure communication platforms for Canada
agilimo Consulting GmbH and the Canadian software agency Ollon have launched a partnership to provide digital sovereignty through secure communication and collaboration platforms in Canada.
The initiative aims to offer a resilient alternative to US-controlled platforms for Canadian federal, provincial, and municipal authorities, the defense sector, and critical infrastructure operators. agilimo will provide an EU-regulated, secure-by-design platform that is DIN EN ISO/IEC 27001 certified.
Ollon will utilize its Canadian-based team to manage product adaptation, integration, onboarding, and regional support under Canadian jurisdiction. The partnership addresses concerns regarding the US CLOUD Act, which can compel US providers to disclose data regardless of where it is physically stored.
