Agilysys and RingCentral report strong quarterly financial results

Agilysys, Inc. reported record revenue of $93.4 million for its fiscal 2027 second quarter, representing a 17.7% increase compared to the previous year. The company saw subscription revenue grow by 32.6%, contributing to a total recurring revenue of $62.2 million. Following these results, Agilysys raised its full-year fiscal 2027 guidance, projecting total revenue between $374 million and $378 million.

RingCentral, Inc. announced its third-quarter 2026 financial results, reporting total revenue of $676 million, a 5.9% increase year-over-year. Subscription revenue rose 6.0% to $653 million. The company noted that annual recurring revenue from customers using native paid AI products is approaching 15%, doubling from the previous year. RingCentral also raised its full-year outlook for revenue, non-GAAP margins, and free cash flow.
