Agirc-Arrco offers free mobility assistance for elderly retirees
Agirc-Arrco offers a free service called ‘Sortir Plus’ designed to assist retirees aged 75 and older who are in fragile situations. The program aims to combat social isolation and maintain autonomy by providing accompaniment for daily activities.
Eligible beneficiaries can be accompanied on foot or by car for various tasks, including medical appointments, grocery shopping, pharmacy visits, walks, or social outings like lunch at a restaurant. Unlike previous versions of similar programs that required financial participation via service vouchers, this service is entirely funded by the pension fund, meaning there is no cost to the user.
