Agoda and Hoshino Resorts CEOs review successful partnership

Agoda CEO Omri Morgenshtern and Hoshino Resorts CEO Yoshiharu Hoshino met at HOSHINOYA Tokyo to discuss the progress of their partnership, which began in November of last year.

The collaboration focuses on improving room bookings and customer satisfaction. According to the companies, Agoda’s engineering teams in Bangkok, India, and Singapore were instrumental in resolving initial service issues through rapid technical improvements and a commitment to feedback from Hoshino Resorts.

Both leaders emphasized that the relationship is built on mutual trust and Agoda’s ability to adapt services to local cultures and implement operational changes quickly.
