agorum® Software GmbH tests AI for automated project management

agorum® Software GmbH conducted an internal practical test to demonstrate how artificial intelligence can automate the transition from meeting discussions to actionable project management tasks. During an online meeting involving four employees, including Managing Director Oliver Schulze, a transcription was recorded to serve as raw data.

Using the ALBERT | AI tool, the raw transcription was converted into a structured Markdown file containing to-dos and process overviews. Following human intervention to correct tasks and answer open questions, a second AI prompt generated a complete NORA | 360° project consisting of 22 described tasks assigned to specific individuals. This process reduced what would typically be hours of post-meeting administrative work to just five minutes.

The test addresses inefficiencies highlighted by studies, such as the Microsoft Work Trend Index, which indicates that employees spend a majority of their time on communication and meetings rather than content creation. The goal is to prevent meeting outcomes from being lost due to the manual delays often required to distribute tasks and create protocols.
