Agra road collapse swallows motorcycle and power box

A section of a road suddenly collapsed in the Dhobi Pada area of Dhuliyaganj, Agra, on Wednesday morning. The sinkhole swallowed a motorcycle and a Torrent Power connection box.

Local resident Ashutosh Kanojia reported that he attempted to move his bike after noticing a small crack in the road, but the ground gave way, causing his vehicle and the power box to fall into the hole. No casualties were reported in the incident.

Assistant Municipal Commissioner Ashok Priya Gautam stated that the subsidence was likely caused by soil erosion due to a sewer leakage during light rain. Officials are currently investigating the sewer lines.
