AGRANA AG Announces €0.35 Dividend per Share for 2025

On 3 July 2026, AGRANA Beteiligungs‑Aktiengesellschaft held its 39th ordinary shareholders' meeting and approved a dividend of €0.35 per share for the 2025 financial year, half the amount paid in the previous year. The dividend is scheduled to be paid on 13 July 2026. The board, led by Chairman Stephan Büttner, highlighted solid operating results despite political uncertainties, a weak economy and volatile energy and raw‑material markets, noting strong performance in the Food & Beverage Solutions segment and progress on the multi‑year “NEXT LEVEL” efficiency program.

The meeting also granted discharge to the management and supervisory board members and elected new supervisory‑board members, with KPMG Austria appointed as the auditor for the 2026/27 fiscal year.
