AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG to issue 40 million euros in participation certificates

AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG is preparing to issue new participation certificates (Genussscheine) with a total volume of up to 40 million euros. The agricultural trading company is targeting potential investors based in Germany, including shareholders, existing investors, third parties, and employees.

The funds are intended for general corporate financing to help stabilize the company's equity at a high level. This issuance also serves as replacement financing for rights scheduled to be repaid in December 2026. Each certificate has a nominal value of 1,000 euros, a minimum investment amount of 2,000 euros, a term of 5.5 years, and an annual interest rate of 4.6 percent.

Finance Director Hermann Hesseler stated that these certificates are a vital component of the company's financial structure, providing the flexibility needed for further growth. The subscription phase is scheduled to take place from November 2 to November 20. A prospectus is expected to be published on the company website following approval by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
