Agrawal Samaj celebrates Maharaja Agrasen Jayanti in Rewa

The Agrawal Samaj community organized a grand procession in Rewa to celebrate Maharaja Agrasen Jayanti. The event began with prayers to Maharaja Agrasen and Goddess Lakshmi at the Agrawal Samaj Bhavan temple.

The procession featured a large chariot carrying a symbolic representation of Maharaja Agrasen with his 18 sons. Participants included community members, women performing Garba and Dandiya dances, and various local officials. The route passed through several landmarks, including Statue Chauraha, Prakash Chauraha, and Agrasen Chowk, before returning to the Agrawal Samaj Bhavan. The celebration emphasized themes of socialism, equality, and social unity.
