Agribank attempts fifth auction of 170 billion VND Ciputra villa

Agribank Trang An Branch has announced a fifth attempt to auction a villa in the Nam Thang Long (Ciputra) urban area in Hanoi to recover debts owed by Thanh An Trading Co., Ltd. and Dung Phat Trading and Construction Co., Ltd.

The property, located at villa number 29, lot Q-M3, has a land area of 400.6 m2 and a total construction area of 607 m2. The villa was completed in 2014 and underwent major renovations in 2020. The starting auction price is set at 170 billion VND, which equates to approximately 424 million VND per m2. Prospective bidders are required to submit a deposit of 34 billion VND. Previous auction attempts for this asset have failed to attract buyers.
