Various agricultural initiatives are driving economic development and livelihood improvements in Vietnam. In Yen The, Nong Thi Tham, Director of the Yen The Traditional Medicine Cooperative, is focusing on indigenous medicinal plants to create green agricultural opportunities and support ethnic minority women.

In another region, Dao Thi Thao Nguyen has successfully transitioned from small-scale commerce to high-value fruit production.
