Agricultural research evaluates crop productivity in Brazil

Researchers in Brazil have conducted studies focused on improving crop productivity through specific nutritional applications. One study evaluated the productive performance of orange-fleshed sweet potato (Beauregard cultivar) in response to foliar magnesium sulfate applications and soil-applied magnesium carbonate.

Another agricultural study examined the agronomic characteristics of the BRS 264 wheat cultivar under varying nitrogen fertilization levels and inoculation with Azospirillum brasilense. The research aimed to determine how nitrogen availability and bacterial inoculation interact to affect plant development and grain mass.
