Agricultural technology fairs held in Erzurum and Ankara

Major agricultural exhibitions are taking place in Turkey, highlighting advancements in farming technology and industry recognition. In Erzurum, the International Food, Agriculture, and Livestock Fair was held at the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Fair Center. Organized under the leadership of the Erzurum Provincial Directorate of Agriculture, the event honored key stakeholders for their contributions to the sector.

Awards were presented to Tarim-San Mühendislik Tic. Ltd. Şti. for certified seed production, Emre Ticaret for plant product exports, and Ömer Karahan (Köyden Gelsin) for entrepreneurship and rural economic support.

Simultaneously, the AGROTEC exhibition has opened in Ankara. Spanning 55,000 square meters, the fair focuses on the theme “The Power of Agriculture, The World of the Future.” The event showcases agricultural machinery, livestock solutions, irrigation systems, and greenhouse technologies. It also features Agriculture 4.0 innovations, including autonomous tractors, agricultural drones, and smart irrigation systems. The Ankara fair is scheduled to remain open until September 13.
