Agricultural training initiatives focus on precision planting and seed analysis in Brazil

Agricultural organizations in Brazil are conducting technical training programs to enhance field productivity and laboratory precision.

Aprosoja/MS is hosting a training session in Chapadão do Sul focused on plantability and precision agriculture. Led by specialist Leandro Araújo, the program covers the use of GPS, sensors, and electronic controllers to improve planting quality, reduce failures, and optimize input use through automation and strategic mapping.

Separately, Fundação Rio Verde conducted two weeks of technical training for seed analysis professionals. The initiative included internal training for its Seed Laboratory staff on official analysis procedures for soybean and corn. Additionally, the foundation hosted professionals from the Rondônia-based cooperative C. Agro to provide specialized training in soybean quality control, specifically focusing on vigor tests such as accelerated aging and tetrazolium methodologies.
