Agricultural universities announce teaching faculty recruitment

Acharya N. G. Ranga Agricultural University in Andhra Pradesh has announced recruitment for Teaching Associates and Teaching Assistants for the 2026 academic year. The positions are on a contract basis and will be located at various polytechnics in the Garikapadu, Ghantasala, and Jangamaheswarapuram areas. Candidates for Teaching Associate roles require a Ph.D. or a Master’s degree with specific teaching and research experience, including published research in SCI or NAAS-rated journals.

Separately, Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU) has released a notification for two Teaching Assistant vacancies in Agronomy. Eligible candidates must hold an M.Sc. in Agronomy with at least 55% marks, though preference is given to those with Ph.D., ICAR-NET, or SLET qualifications. Both institutions are conducting selection processes via walk-in interviews scheduled for August 25, 2026.
