Agrimax agricultural fair returns to Metz for 15th edition
The 15th edition of the Agrimax agricultural fair is scheduled to take place from October 28 to October 30 at the Metz-Grigy exhibition center. The event expects to host over 20,000 visitors, including industry professionals and the general public.
A significant feature of this year's fair is the return of cattle. Following a decision to exclude bovines in 2025 due to the contagious bovine dermatosis (DNC) health crisis, 730 cattle will be present this year. In total, 1,500 animals, including sheep, poultry, rabbits, and horses, will be showcased.
The event will feature approximately 160 exhibitors covering sectors such as food, machinery, and innovation. Additionally, around 30 conferences and workshops are planned to address agricultural topics, including solar energy consumption, biomethane financing, and the future of hydrogen in the Lorraine region.
