Agrinio Medical Association hosts health prevention week for students

The Medical Association of Agrinio, in collaboration with the Directorate of Secondary Education of Aetoloacarnania, is conducting a ‘Health Prevention and Promotion Week’ for local students. Held at the Municipal Regional Theater of Agrinio, the initiative aims to educate adolescents on critical wellness topics.

Recent sessions have addressed various health concerns. Topics included the impact of social media addiction, the prevention and management of sports injuries, and the risks associated with smoking and vaping. Additionally, medical professionals provided guidance on recognizing and addressing dietary disorders during adolescence to promote informed decision-making among students.
