AgriS undergoes ownership restructuring and leadership handover

AgriS (formerly TTC AgriS) is undergoing significant structural and ownership changes within the TTC Group ecosystem. The company has rebranded by dropping the ‘TTC’ prefix and is actively reducing financial ties with other group entities.

In a major leadership and ownership transition, TTC Group’s core investment arm and CEO Huỳnh Bích Ngọc are registering to sell large portions of their SBT shares. This move facilitates a generational handover to Đặng Huỳnh Ức My, the daughter of Huỳnh Bích Ngọc and current Chairwoman of AgriS, who is expected to become a major shareholder with over 13% ownership.

Simultaneously, internal capital movements are shifting. While AgriS has increased its voting power in Toàn Hải Vân (TTC Phú Quốc) to nearly 39.88%, other group members are distancing themselves. TTC Land has announced it will not participate in Toàn Hải Vân’s upcoming capital increase of 50 million shares, opting instead to transfer its subscription rights. Toàn Hải Vân is currently seeking to raise capital to increase its charter capital from 2,465 billion to 2,965 billion VND for project investments.
