Agrizy sees high buyer interest at Americas Food & Beverage Show

Agrizy, a technology-driven Contract Research, Development, and Manufacturing Organization (CRDMO), reported significant interest from buyers and retailers during its first day at the Americas Food and Beverage Show and Conference in Miami.

Operating out of the India Pavilion, the company hosted meetings with distributors and brand owners focused on sourcing clean label products from India. Interest centered on healthy snacking options, including sugar-free jowar and ragi millet cookies, palm oil-free banana and tapioca chips, organic coconut water, and shelf-stable gravies.

There was notable demand for millet-based protein and health drinks, a category identified as difficult to source at scale with clean ingredient profiles in the US market. This interest aligns with global trends, as the demand for clean label and transparency ingredient solutions is projected to grow from $39.9 billion in 2026 to $70.8 billion by 2036.
