Agáta Hanychová faces family criticism and legal fallout from past altercation

These tensions follow a physical altercation in late 2024 at Hanychová’s property in Prague-Suchdol involving Dopita and Hanychová’s former partner, Jaromír Soukup. The dispute, which occurred during a child custody exchange, resulted in injuries and blood at the scene. A September 2026 ruling by the District Court for Prague 6 identified Soukup as the aggressor. The court ordered Soukup to apologize to Dopita for false claims that Dopita had attacked him.
