Agua de Puebla announces deadline for debt relief program

Agua de Puebla has announced that the “Regularízate” program, designed to help domestic users settle outstanding debts, will conclude on August 31. The initiative is aimed at families with seven months or more of unpaid balances for potable water, drainage, and sanitation services.

Participants in the program can access a 40% discount on their principal debt and a 100% waiver on surcharges. Payment options include a single lump-sum settlement, which covers the remaining months of 2026, or interest-free installments of up to 12 months using participating credit cards. The discount does not apply to reconnection fees following service cuts.

Interested users can visit any of the 11 Agua de Puebla service branches, use mobile units (Acuamóviles), or register online via the official website.
