Aguas de Saltillo earns international AI management certification

Aguas de Saltillo has obtained the ISO/IEC 42001:2023 international certification for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems (AIMS). This achievement makes the company the first in the state of Coahuila and the first water and sanitation company in Latin America to receive this specific recognition.

The certification follows months of work to establish a system for managing AI under principles of security, ethics, and responsibility. The framework allows the organization to identify and manage risks associated with AI use while establishing processes for continuous improvement. The company aims to use these tools to strengthen its operational, commercial, and support processes through a responsible approach.
