Aguascalientes begins construction of new BACHUAA high school
Governor Tere Jiménez has launched the construction of a new high school campus for the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes (BACHUAA) in the municipality of Villa Juárez. The project aims to expand upper secondary education opportunities for youth in the northeastern region of the state.
The development involves a total investment of over 82 million pesos across two stages, which will include classrooms, laboratories, and sports courts. The state government is providing 40 million pesos for the initial phase. The facility is designed to reach a capacity of 300 students, with an expected gradual intake of 100 students in the first year, 200 in the second, and full capacity by the third year.
