Oaxaca authorities seize drugs and arrest three in Pinotepa Nacional

The Oaxaca State Attorney General's Office (FGEO) conducted a coordinated search operation in the El Carrizo locality of Santiago Pinotepa Nacional. During the raid on a residence in the El Zapote neighborhood, authorities seized various bags containing substances with characteristics similar to methamphetamine (crystal) and cannabis sativa (marijuana).

The operation resulted in the arrest of three individuals, identified as one woman and two men, who are suspected of crimes against health related to drug retail. The search was carried out by the State Investigation Agency (AEI) in coordination with the Regional Coast Vice-Prosecutor's Office and specialized experts. Security perimeters were provided by the Secretariat of National Defense (DEFENSA), the National Guard, and State Police. The detainees have been placed at the disposal of the corresponding ministerial authority to determine their legal status.
