Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono awaits President Prabowo’s state address

Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY), the Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development, is closely monitoring President Prabowo Subianto’s state address during the 2026 Annual Session of the MPR and Joint Session of the DPR-DPD.

AHY emphasized that the presidential speech serves as a critical momentum to outline the national development direction ahead of Indonesia’s 81st Independence Day. He expressed interest in hearing strategic directions regarding economic growth, public welfare, and sustainable infrastructure as the foundation for inclusive national growth.

Additionally, AHY noted that the Democratic Party is prepared to support the government’s directives through parliamentary efforts. The focus remains on strengthening the economy, upholding the law, ensuring justice, and maintaining democratic principles. The session also includes the presentation of the 2027 State Budget Bill and Financial Note by the President.
