Agustín Dorantes reviews land regularization in Colinas de Menchaca

Senator Agustín Dorantes Lámbarri met with residents of the Colinas de Menchaca I and II settlements in northern Querétaro to review the progress of land regularization processes. More than 130 families have reported that the legal process to regularize their properties has remained unresolved for several years, a delay that limits their access to essential public works and services.

Dorantes Lámbarri noted that through the management of Governor Mauricio Kuri González and the State Water Commission, families in the area have already secured potable water services and contracts. The current priority is to accelerate the land regularization to enable the community to request further infrastructure and services from state and municipal governments once the legal status of the properties is finalized.
