Ahlat hosts 'Gönülden Ezgilere' choir concert for students

In the Ahlat district of Bitlis, a choir program titled 'Gönülden Ezgilere' (From the Heart to Melodies) was held at the Ertuğrul Gazi Conference Hall. The event was a joint initiative by the Istanbul Ahlat Culture Tourism Promotion and Solidarity Association and the Ahlat Association for Solidarity with the Handicapped.

The performance featured a diverse group of participants, including students from Saadet Ayber Special Education and Application School, Ali Ayber Anatolian High School, and university students receiving scholarships from the association. The students performed both individual pieces and as a choir.

Local officials attended the event, including Ahlat District Governor Özgür Kaya and Mayor Yavuz Gülmez. During the program, Kaya emphasized that overcoming disabilities is a responsibility for society and its leaders. Mayor Gülmez expressed his commitment to the future development of the district and thanked the organizing associations.
