Ahmad Luthfi inaugurates 22 officials in Central Java

Central Java Governor Ahmad Luthfi has sworn in 22 high-ranking officials, including primary leaders, administrators, supervisors, and functional officers, at the Gradhika Bhakti Praja Building in Semarang. The appointments aim to fill vacancies left by retirements and other transitions.

Luthfi emphasized that the selection process follows a talent management mechanism based on competence and professionalism, specifically denying any involvement of ‘titip-menitip’ or unofficial influence in job placements. He stated that the process is transparent and includes stages such as assessment, verification, and competency testing. The appointments have received approval and recommendations from the National Civil Service Agency (BKN).

Luthfi noted that several other positions remain vacant and will undergo the provincial selection process before being submitted to the central government. He urged all Civil Servants (ASN) to adhere to legal and ethical norms, viewing their roles as a mandate that must be proven through performance.
