Ahmad Mansour warns of a radicalization wave among minors

Extremism researcher Ahmad Mansour has warned of a “radicalization wave of minors,” citing increasing violence and social media influence as significant concerns. During a discussion on the program “Markus Lanz,” Mansour highlighted the growing dangers facing children and adolescents.

The debate drew parallels to recent unrest in France, where hundreds of thousands of young people have protested for better conditions at schools and universities, leading to clashes in major cities like Paris.

In Germany, Berlin Senator for Education Katharina Günther-Wünsch noted that conflict and violence in schools have been escalating for several years. She described a “violence spiral” affecting students from primary school through upper secondary levels, noting a decline in resilience and frustration tolerance among youth.
