Ahmed El Shenawy targets Egyptian Premier League title with Pyramids FC

Pyramids FC goalkeeper Ahmed El Shenawy has expressed confidence in his club's ability to win the Egyptian Premier League title this season. He noted that the league has become increasingly competitive, with approximately six teams capable of contending for the championship, and emphasized that focus will be the deciding factor.

Reflecting on his personal career, El Shenawy stated that he does not feel wronged by his exclusion from the Egyptian national team's World Cup squad, viewing such opportunities as matters of fate. He highlighted his successful previous season, where he won three trophies with Pyramids and was named Egypt's best goalkeeper.

El Shenawy also commented on the league's atmosphere, suggesting that matches without fans lack excitement and expressing a desire for full stadium attendance similar to European leagues. As the new season begins, Pyramids FC is scheduled to face Ghazl El Mahalla.
