A new biography has been published detailing the life and career of Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Aydın, a former dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University. The book, released by Kitap Ağacı Yayınları, was written by his brother, Ramazan Aydın.

The work traces Aydın’s journey from his childhood through his academic career and administrative roles. Before entering academia in 1989 at the Police Academy, he served as an assistant commissioner within the General Directorate of Security. Between 2000 and 2019, he was a faculty member at Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University, where he also served as dean from 2005 to 2012.

Ramazan Aydın stated that the book aims to preserve his brother’s memory and ensure his observations and views on public administration and public order reach a wider audience.
