aHouse Development to build Hilton Garden Inn near Warsaw

aHouse Development, a company previously focused on residential projects, is expanding into the hospitality sector. The developer has signed a franchise agreement with Hilton to build a Hilton Garden Inn in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, located near Warsaw.

Construction of the 122-room hotel is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2027, with an expected opening in 2029. The facility will include a restaurant, fitness zone, conference rooms, and both surface and underground parking. The architectural and interior design is being handled by AKA STUDIO.

The hotel will be situated in the center of Grodzisk Mazowiecki near the CAiIS sports hall, the local football stadium, and the district hospital. According to Artur Kruszewski, president of aHouse Development, the project aims to serve business travelers, local residents, and participants of cultural and sporting events. The location is expected to benefit from regional infrastructure developments, including a planned underground station for the Warsaw Commuter Railway (WKD).
