Ahsaas Channa joins cast of crime thriller Asur 3

Actress Ahsaas Channa has joined the cast of the third season of the crime thriller web series ‘Asur’. Channa, known for her roles in ‘Girls Hostel’ and ‘Kota Factory’, has already begun filming for the production.

She will join a returning ensemble that includes Arshad Warsi, Barun Sobti, Ridhi Dogra, Anupriya Goenka, Vishesh Bansal, and Shweta Basu Prasad. The series, which blends crime, mythology, and psychological thriller elements, follows forensic experts and CBI officers investigating mysterious murders.

While the first two seasons were directed by Oni Sen, the third season will be directed by Gaurav Shukla, who previously wrote the series, alongside co-director Shwetabh Varma. Shooting is expected to continue through December 2026, with a projected release on JioHotstar in mid-2027.
