ANDRITZ AG announces executive board resignation

Dietmar Heinisser has resigned from the Executive Board of ANDRITZ AG, effective September 21, 2026. Heinisser, who joined the company in 1997, was responsible for the Environment & Energy business area and Group Manufacturing Management.

Heinisser’s departure is attributed to personal reasons. During his nearly 30-year tenure, he held various management positions across Austria, Germany, and the United States, playing a significant role in the growth of the company’s Paper Service business.

Joachim Schönbeck, President and CEO of ANDRITZ, will assume Heinisser’s responsibilities until further notice. Schönbeck expressed regret regarding the departure and thanked Heinisser for his long-term commitment and contributions to the group.
