AI adoption grows among retail investors
Artificial intelligence is increasingly being integrated into retail investing, with a recent study by eToro indicating that 25 percent of private investors in Germany now actively use AI for investment decisions. This represents an increase from 21 percent a year ago, with an additional 40 percent expressing interest in using the technology.
New tools like AlleAktien GPT aim to bridge the gap between retail investors and institutional professionals by providing AI-driven financial analysis. These platforms allow users to ask complex questions in natural language, utilizing structured, regularly updated financial data rather than general language model knowledge. This shift aims to reduce the time and complexity required for routine analyses, moving the focus from merely finding data to correctly interpreting it.
