AI agents drive innovation in marketing and retail operations
Companies are increasingly integrating AI agents into core business operations, moving beyond simple customer service to automate complex marketing and retail tasks.
HSAD has successfully commercialized its proprietary AI agents, providing them to approximately 20 companies across the finance, beauty, automotive, and food and beverage sectors. Through its ‘DASH’ platform, employees have created over 500 AI agents using natural language to handle data analysis, consumer research, and strategy formulation. One notable tool, the ‘Research Agent,’ has reduced consumer research timelines from four weeks to two and cut costs by approximately 70%.
At the Microsoft Industry Summit, Microsoft highlighted how AI agents are transforming retail by connecting customer shopping experiences with internal operations like inventory, logistics, and marketing. Using Walmart as an example, experts noted that effective AI implementation requires linking customer-facing tools with internal data and systems. Industry leaders from Samsung Electronics, Lotte Duty Free, and Hyundai Futurenet also discussed the necessity of data organization and employee participation in driving AI-led business innovation.
