AI and automation to drive Polish debt management industry
A study by the Association of Financial Enterprises in Poland (ZPF) highlights the growing role of artificial intelligence and automation in the debt management industry. According to the findings, companies see the greatest potential for AI in automating operational processes (76.5%) and performing data analysis (70.6%). However, human involvement remains preferred for client negotiations (52.9%) and cases requiring individualized approaches.
Looking toward 2030, AI and automation are ranked as the most significant factors influencing the market, surpassing regulatory changes. While AI is expected to drive efficiency by allowing firms to handle more cases without proportional increases in resources, its primary applications are currently focused on backend operations rather than direct customer service. Other identified uses include document analysis and personalized communication.
