AI and digital workshops held for high‑school students in Tierra del Fuego

During the national Creativity and Innovation Week, the Agencia de Innovación and the Secretariat of Youth of the Tierra del Fuego government organized a series of interactive sessions for secondary‑school students in Ushuaia, Tolhuin and Río Grande. Participants tackled an educational escape‑room called “Desafío Prometea,” designed to explore provincial identity, and then attended a practical prompting workshop where they used generative‑AI tools to create digital images of local landscapes and culture. A fashion‑design segment introduced concepts of the metaverse and augmented reality, illustrating how technology intertwines with the creative industries. The initiative aims to strengthen critical thinking, digital literacy and youth participation in shaping the future of the province.
