AI boosts productivity for 82% of Latin American workers

According to the 2025 PwC Regional Workforce Hopes and Fears Survey, 82% of surveyed workers in Latin America reported an increase in productivity due to the use of artificial intelligence.

In sectors such as real estate, AI is being utilized as an assistant to handle time-consuming tasks, including managing property portfolios, tracking potential buyers, and automating communications. Experts suggest that while AI can process data and assist with drafting messages, it should be used to complement human judgment rather than replace it, particularly in relational industries.
