AI coding tools see new diagnostic support and Japan-based hackathon

Stanseed has expanded its “AI Utilization Log Diagnosis” service to support four different AI coding environments. In addition to Claude Code, the tool now accepts session logs from Codex CLI, Cursor, and Google Antigravity. The service evaluates coding workflows based on five criteria: instruction quality, verification actions, autonomy control, efficiency, and results. It provides scores, evidence-based feedback, and an action timeline to help developers improve their AI-assisted programming methods.

Separately, Anthropic and Cerebral Valley have announced “Built with Claude: Japan 2026,” an online hackathon specifically for residents of Japan. Running from November 2 to November 10, the event focuses on using the Claude Code tool. Selected participants will receive Claude “Max 5x” plans and $500 in API credits. The total prize pool for winners consists of approximately 8 million yen (roughly $50,000) in API credits.
