AI companies expand operations with automation tools and new funding
The artificial intelligence sector is seeing significant developments in automation and market expansion. In Ibiza, the technology firm TISA has introduced Tisa Nexus, an AI tool designed to automate repetitive administrative tasks. The system, integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, has reportedly automated approximately 60% of administrative duties within the company by reading emails, identifying sender needs, and preparing documents such as invoices and budgets for human approval.
Simultaneously, San Francisco-based HappyRobot has announced its expansion into Argentina. Recently achieving unicorn status following a $150 million Series C investment round led by Prysm Capital and Eurazeo, the company is valued at $1.2 billion. HappyRobot’s platform processes over 15 million tasks monthly and autonomously resolves more than 75% of telephone inquiries, utilizing AI agents to handle operational tasks while escalating complex cases to human staff.
