AI data startups OriginalVoices and Treble secure new funding

AI startups OriginalVoices and Treble have secured significant funding to provide specialized data and simulation services for the artificial intelligence industry.

OriginalVoices, a UK-based platform, closed a £1m pre-seed funding round led by Iona Star. The company provides a “human context layer” for AI by utilizing a network of tens of thousands of digital twins created by real people via its Twineo app. These profiles allow AI agents to access real-time human opinions and insights rather than relying on synthetic personas. The company plans to use the capital to expand its team and grow its presence in the US market.

Iceland-based Treble has raised $18 million in a Series A extension led by Paladin Capital Group, bringing its total funding to over $40 million. Treble provides a simulation platform for the voice AI sector, offering synthetic data generation for speech enhancement and model training. The company, which serves clients such as Amazon and Logitech, focuses on using physics simulation to create accurate data for next-generation audio models and hardware.
