AI-driven recruiting tools launched by Bullhorn and Elly

New AI-driven tools are being introduced to the recruitment and staffing industry to enhance efficiency and revenue growth.

Bullhorn has introduced Bullhorn Amplify, an AI recruiting software embedded directly into its applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM. Unlike general-purpose large language models, Amplify is designed specifically for the staffing industry, utilizing 26 years of recruitment intelligence to provide nuanced candidate recommendations and AI-generated summaries based on existing database records.

Separately, Elly has launched an AI-native recruiting model that pairs expert recruiters with artificial intelligence. This approach aims to find talent twice as fast and at approximately 50% of the cost of traditional agencies. The model uses AI to handle large-scale tasks such as searching candidates and evaluating fit, while human recruiters provide judgment and context. Elly’s system is designed to retain knowledge from previous searches, such as interview feedback and company preferences, to improve future talent matching.
