AI fintech EnFi and Dili raise $36.7M for US lending and compliance

Boston‑based EnFi, an AI‑native commercial lending platform, announced a $15 million Series A round led by FINTOP, bringing its total funding to $22.5 million. Investors also included Patriot Financial Partners, Commerce Ventures, Unusual Ventures and Boston Seed Capital. The capital will be used to scale its AI agents that automate end‑to‑end loan workflows, expand the team and accelerate go‑to‑market efforts, addressing a talent shortage in US credit analysis.

Dili, an AI‑powered compliance platform serving industries that build America’s infrastructure, secured $21.7 million in funding, including a $15 million Series A led by Khosla Ventures with participation from Y Combinator’s Garry Tan, Allianz and other backers. The company has processed more than $1.4 billion in wages, 5.2 million labor hours and nearly 16,000 payroll reports, cutting audit time from hours to minutes and preventing over $50 million in fines. The new funds will support hiring and an expansion beyond prevailing‑wage compliance into broader audit and waste‑detection services.
