AI firms Normal Computing and Inspiren lease office space in Manhattan

Artificial intelligence companies Normal Computing and Inspiren have signed leases for full floors at 61 West 23rd Street in Manhattan’s Flatiron District. The combined space totals 16,734 square feet, with each company occupying 8,367 square feet in the building owned by the Zegna family and Taconic Partners.

Normal Computing, an AI hardware developer, is relocating and expanding its New York City headquarters. The company plans to move into the new space in November, with approximately 30 employees expected initially and plans to double its local headcount over the next year. Inspiren, which provides an AI-powered platform for senior living communities, moved into its space in early September, marking its first permanent office in New York City.

The transactions were facilitated by Cushman & Wakefield, which represented the landlord. Savills negotiated for Normal Computing, while Newmark represented Inspiren.
