AI-focused holding companies AIAI and Robo. ai announce strategic shifts

AIAI Holdings Corporation has issued its first shareholder letter following its Nasdaq listing. CEO Todd Furniss outlined a strategy focused on acquiring businesses with durable fundamentals and integrating Transformational AI (TAI) to enhance operations and decision-making. The company emphasizes that its model involves embedding AI capabilities within its own owned businesses rather than licensing technology or providing implementation services to third parties.

Separately, Robo. ai announced it expects shareholders’ equity to turn positive following the disposal of its legacy operations, which contained the majority of its historical liabilities. The company has completed the acquisitions of Neurovia AI, which specializes in AI data processing and compression, and Quantum Core Capital, an AI-powered deep-tech holding platform. Robo. ai also established Alif Holding in the UAE, focused on technology infrastructure and new materials, appointing a former INTERPOL President as Chairman. The company noted that first-half 2026 revenue reflects a business in transition and is not comparable to 2025 results.
