According to representatives from the German Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) and the Institute for Employment Research, professions involving social needs, empathy, emotional intelligence, and complex problem-solving—such as healthcare, education, human resources, and skilled trades like electricians—offer greater stability.

In Romania, a study by the NGO Simplon România highlights a gap between AI usage and professional application among job seekers. While 100% of surveyed individuals had used AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini, 50% reported not knowing how to utilize AI effectively in their job search process. The study also noted that while many see the potential utility of AI, only 54.4% feel confident using it for professional tasks. This underscores a growing need for practical digital skill development to help workers adapt to an evolving technological landscape.
