AI infrastructure evolves with new liquid cooling and Nvidia certification

The AI infrastructure market is seeing significant advancements in thermal management and standardized certification. At Taiwan Expo USA 2026, AEWIN unveiled its new flagship AI server line, featuring the BG18-A10710 and BG58-A20810 models. These servers utilize 6th generation AMD EPYC processors and integrate two-phase direct liquid cooling (2P DLC) technology to manage high-density workloads such as Large Language Model (LLM) training and high-performance computing (HPC).

Simultaneously, Nvidia has launched the NVIDIA DSX Ready certification program to assist data center builders in identifying products that meet its reference design requirements. The first wave of certifications includes Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Cooling Distribution Units (CDU). For the CDU category, the initial certified companies are LG Electronics, LiquidStack, and Vertiv. While major Taiwanese thermal management firms like Auras and Benyuan are not in this first batch, they continue to develop CDU systems to meet the rising power demands of AI factories.
