AI infrastructure providers adapt to rising costs and builder demands

Infrastructure providers are evolving to meet the rising costs and technical demands of artificial intelligence deployment. In Southeast Asia, Singapore-based Ready Server is launching the ReadyServer LLM API in October. This service aims to reduce the financial burden on developers by offering a shared-GPU inference service. This model allows users to query a centralized high-performance GPU cluster via HTTP API requests, avoiding the high costs of dedicated virtual GPUs that often sit idle.

In the United States, Dell Technologies is adapting its strategy to serve the sophisticated builders of Silicon Valley. Recognizing a preference for custom-assembled stacks over packaged solutions, Dell is expanding its ecosystem to include venture capital and private equity through Dell Technologies Capital. This approach seeks to connect the company more closely with the startup and developer communities that drive AI innovation.
